Jfenro COMPOSITION: Each 100 gram contains: Enrofloxacin.......... 20,000 mg. Colistin Sulphate.......... 45,000,000 I.U. Colistin Sulphate: Colistin sulphate Due to its surface-active properties it primarily acts by binding to the bacterial cytoplasmatic membrane. The result is a disorganication of the membrance hereby destroying its permeability and function. The combination of these effects results in a very rapid bactericidal activity. Colistin also neutralises endotoxines produced by several gram-negative bacteria. Enrofloxacin: Enrofloxacin is recommended for the treatment and control of bacterial (gram +ve, gram-ve), mcoplasmal and rickettsial diseases of animals including gastrointestinal, respiratory and urogenital infection. Jfenro plus: Penetrates instantly all over the body tissues indicated for infection in any tissue caused by any gram-ve and selected gram +ve bacteria. Precautions: Medicated water should be used with in 24 and new water should be prepared for next day. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sun light. Jar should be closed tightly after use.
